WONDERFUL
I was extremely happy to be redirected quickly to a live agent. I spoke with Natalie and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind. This is not the first time, I spoke with one of your staff a few months ago. I told her I visited the UK and loved it and she was so kind! Unfortunately I do not remember her name, but if she remembers- she was wonderful. You guys are great!!!
