Sara helped us out when we had delivery concerns- all sorted out! The dress we ordered was stunning and was packaged perfectly without unnecessary materials being wasted.

Thankfully, I was able to reach out to the Customer Service team and was put in touch with Erin from the Customer Care Team. She was sympathetic to my situation and waived the 14-day return timeline. I’m absolutely wowed by Club L London. Not only are the dresses beautiful and such lovely quality, but the customer service is off the scale too. I honestly didn’t expect such a personal response when buying online.
I loved the Umaira Burgundy High-Neck Maxi Dress so much that I bought it in black as well. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the hem on the burgundy one. I hadn’t realised I was just outside the 14-day returns window, but I messaged the team and sent over a couple of photos. Within a few hours, Chloe had arranged a free return and explained that the dress wasn’t up to their standards.
I rarely experience customer service like this. Chloe is an absolute asset to your team, Club L London. This is exactly how business should be done, and I can’t wait to buy another dress from you soon.
