Generally like the products, but currently struggling with customer service and a privacy issue.
I have generally liked this company's products for a couple years, but my recent experience has been incredibly difficult. I have been caught in a frustrating, 5-month customer service loop regarding the authenticity of the human hair, as I’ve had to question the quality and a potential blend with synthetics. To complicate matters, an administrative error in their shipping system recently leaked my personal household information. I am writing this review in fairness because I want to give management room to make things right. I am genuinely hopeful that they will step up, resolve both of these matters promptly, and secure my data. I look forward to updating this review with a positive resolution soon.
