It is a scam company be aware of that. They charged me waiting time of 5 euros because the driver went to a wrong location not the pickup one specified in the app. They charged me the time he took to come to the right location. They are refusing to refund the amount to my credit card. Avoid it. I have always been an Uber client. But Uber wasn't available in the area. It was my first and bad experience with them.

Worst experience ever. Avoid it if you can. Arrived 5 minutes after scheduled time due to traffic. The bus was still at the platform pulling away. Staff on-site refused to radio the driver to pause, leaving us stranded and refusing any partial credit. We missed our tour.

Worst experience ever. Avoid it if you can. We booked a tour on their platform with Julia Travel, the worst tour agency we have known. Arrived 5 minutes after scheduled time. GetYourGuide support refused to assist."
