I paid a deposit and was given a quote several months in advance of shipping my vehicle from Washington State to Alaska. Aron Elton assured me (in writing) that the price was locked in. I contacted them the day before we were to ship the vehicle and the price went from $1000 to $3600. (They also DID NOT contact me about the change in price). After many long phone calls with several representatives, they informed me that they had fired the employee and would not honor the price. This place is a SCAM. They still have not reinbursed my deposit. AVOID THEM !!!

I was given a "locked in" price by Aron Elton of Smooth Vehicle Shipping and Transport. I sent them a deposit for more than 10% of shipping cost 6 weeks before shipment. LESS than 12 hours before delivering the vehicle they more than TRIPLED the price. From $945.00 to $3,300.00. They are refusing to honor their "locked in" price, or to refund the deposit. This is a SCAM ! Do not use this company.
