I ship my vehicle from California to South Carolina. I received my vehicle fully safe and sound and driver was very good in communication.

They are liars. They scam people took the money and ghosted.

Gave me a reasonable quote and kept in touch with me during my recent auto shipping experience. Thank you.

Paid the deposit then they ghosted me for days. Phon number on website now disconnected. Do not use. Reporting to attorney general

Don't trust them guys. They take my deposit and never pickup my calls. These are frauds.

I must admit I booked this without checking reviews. I had booked base on best price. My booking was from Texas to California. Once I was all booked a family member looked up reviews. They were not great, so I panicked. I began to try and cnacel. Brian convinced me not to cancel, and he sent me a copy of my contract and my drivers information.
At that point I made contact with driver Elliot. Driver remained in contact with me entire trip and my car was delivered with no problems and no price changes.

I paid a deposit and was given a quote several months in advance of shipping my vehicle from Washington State to Alaska. Aron Elton assured me (in writing) that the price was locked in. I contacted them the day before we were to ship the vehicle and the price went from $1000 to $3600. (They also DID NOT contact me about the change in price). After many long phone calls with several representatives, they informed me that they had fired the employee and would not honor the price. This place is a SCAM. They still have not reinbursed my deposit. AVOID THEM !!!

Max Wilson was a godsend. He clearly communicated the deal and pricing was fairly shared and they sticked to it. He also ensured that vehicle was delivered on time. I was so impressed by the customer service, attention to details, and the level of communication. Would definitely recommend them.

BE CAREFUL! I can only assume that this Service is a scam based on my experience. I spoke with a gentleman that called himself Samson. After paying my deposit, he told me he couldn't arrange a driver for pickup. Assured me that i would be refunded my deposit per their policy, and i NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND! Now they're ignoring my attempts at contact. All this when he begged me not to entertain other shipping companies due to their "Bait and Switch" techniques. They WILL take your deposit, say they can't deliver on the expectations, then keep your deposit after promising a refund. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

Do not trust this company. Before taking my deposit, they guaranteed they could pick up my vehicle on a specific date. Because of their commitment, I booked my flight around that schedule.
On the day of the scheduled pickup, they stalled for hours, claiming they had a driver and promising to send me the details within the hour. I waited in good faith, only for them to tell me at the last minute to just leave my car unattended in a parking lot. Suggesting such an insecure solution is completely unacceptable.
Since they failed to provide the agreed-upon service, they should have refunded my deposit immediately. Instead, they kept my money. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—do not give this company a deposit

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid them to ship my car, and a person named Mike assured me that everything would be handled smoothly. They charged me an additional $50 as a “broker fee,” but they never clearly explained that they were only brokers.
Instead, they made it seem like they had their own carriers, drivers, and trucks. I trusted what they told me, but later found out that wasn’t the case. The communication was misleading, and I feel they were not transparent about the service they were providing.
I would not recommend this company. Be careful and make sure you understand exactly who you’re dealing with before paying them.

These are scammers. I’m searching for a car shipment company, and I received a call from them. They gave me surety that they have a couple of drivers available on the route, and that was the bad time of my whole life that I received a call from them.

When the shipment date occurred, they told me that in the next 2 hours they would provide me the driver’s details, but after 2 hours I didn’t receive a single call from them. So I gave them a call, and they told me that their trailer got broke down. I believed them and delayed my shipment for almost 2 weeks.

They told me to keep my vehicle keys inside the vehicle below the seats and park it in the parking lot. That’s very weird to me and not really secure because I had a flight and had to move to another state.

Everyone, please do not believe them. They are scammers. They are not reliable to believe, and I wish the government would take serious action on them so these scammers do not operate from any place.

If this company put half as much effort into helping customers as they do into taking payments, they might actually deserve to be called a business.
They were quick to take my money for shipping my car. After that? Complete silence. It’s been almost four months, and I’ve received no service, no refund, and no real communication.
I’ve called countless times, left messages, and followed up again and again. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to messages, and they act like you don’t exist once they’ve been paid.
To make it even worse, after I left my original review, they asked me for more information. I provided everything they requested, hoping they would finally fix the issue. Instead, they disappeared again. That tells you everything you need to know.
Based on my experience, this company has completely wasted my time and held onto my money without resolving the issue. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, think twice before trusting them.
