received a confirmation two days before with instructions
1 day before received link for pickup via text
day of noticed a message from Carmel came during flight to call
texted back to check reason - no return text
Landed - no car called - they said no car available. I was told no one would be picking me up and I should call to arrange my refund of prepaid trip.
DO NOT USE CARMEL.. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS
