Second time I have been sent away for bullion from you guys, first time I received a large amount of silver hardly even bubble wrapped just put in cardboard a bar was then put through letter box damaging my silver bar and wooden floor in the hall. I regret not complaining about this at the time but I was very busy thought I'd give you the benefit of the doubt for taking 3-DAYS after boasting next day deliveries.. but I thought surely a huge bullion dealer like yourselves who claim to be no1? Who voted for this? Then last month I ordered another coin for what I knew was not a good price at all but bullion by post where the only website with this coin in stock AGAIN as soon s I opened it I noticed the coin capsule was smashed there was no bubble wrap nothing protecting the brand new coin how can you charge the highest premium for coins on the whole scene and not even send customers the bullion they have paid way over the odds for so it at least isn't damaged and over priced... Wish I didn't have to write this but your terrible
