I keep trying pharmxtra but I don't understand why nobody answers messages emails it's impossible to contact anyone I ordered at 6.30 last night paid 10 pounds for delivery and I haven't been updated I'm going away tomorrow evening I can't afford to reorder so I don't know what to do

Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? I’ve emailed but no response and the phone number no longer works? I have been sent the wrong product

Too be honest it’s always inconsistent with delivery times and stuff, and trying to get in touch with customer service is a nightmare.
So the latest problem is I ordered medication Friday morning before the recommended 2:30pm cutoff for next day delivery because DPD do Saturday deliveries, it’s now Monday and DPD still don’t have my medication so I have absolutely no clue where it is

The good thing with Pharmxtra.com (formerly Eumeds) is that an actual UK Doctor (in my case, anyway) writes a prescription which you get a copy of, and a UK pharmacist dispensis it, in the box + with a pharmacy sticker. Due to this Im pretty confident you could show it in court as evidence you weren't drug driving on Dihydrocodeine or Diazepam etc as it was prescribed. Which it would have been.
You get the prescription by doing a quick tick-box + few words in a couple of boxes enquiry into yr "condition". I always tick the box NOT to tell my GP about none of it. Only their Dihydrocodeine is the cheapest I've seen at £109 for 100 30mg. They are expensive, especially on Diazepam.
Anyway I've used them a few times and it's been easy to clear the enquiry questions and delivery was quick. Never had counterfeit/ or lost money or waited ages. I always use them when I want Dihydrocodeine. They're a reliable, useful website.

Like so many others looking through reviews I was immediately put off by all the 1 star comments. Unfortunately I had already placed my order! Fortunately there was nothing to worry about.

After needing medication and unable to reach my GP, I found Pharmxtra.
I placed my order on Sunday evening and by Monday morning my order had been authorised.
The courier was DPD who informed me that delivery would be sometime Tuesday and they would give me a 1 hour time slot. I had to give DPD a 4 digit code upon delivery which was no issue and good security to ensure it was delivered.

All in all, a positive experience with no issues.

Please do not be put off when looking at the other reviews. Highly recommend

Delivery from this company was not next day delivery which I payed for but, my package did arrive within 48 hours. However, the medication Zolpidem 10mg I received is definitely fake. I did some extensive researching, and checked if the prescribing doctor noted on my email from PharmXtra was registered with the GMC, and the name was not. On receipt of the medication, I checked the manufacturers details as noted on the packaging and the medication is not from their company. I will definitely not be taking this fake medication as there is no way of knowing what it really is without having it examined by an expert which, I intend doing.
DO NOT use this company, you have no way of knowing what you are ingesting and it could potentially be dangerous to health

Vile thieving scum. Keep away! They take ypur money and then cancel ypur oder because you use a different email address to enquire about something. They then go and disable your account refunding your.money.less less £25 "prescription fee" absolute cowboys, also reporting this to trading standards. Ps also known as EU Meds

Ordered a few days ago parcel was at my local depot, then i get an update to say there has been a delay, fair enough its only a day to wait then i go in to check status and it says its being sent back by request of consignor have emailed this company but have had no response, i now have no product over £100 out of pocket snd i cant raise a dispute for 14 days absolutely shocking treatment buyers beware.

Having once been a very efficient provider with good communication I have found the reverse to now, sadly be the case. I receive constant emails and texts pushing their products but when I respond and order, apart from taking the payment there is ZERO communication or response to queries. This has happened previously over the last 4 years which I took to be a glitch. It seems it has become the norm recently.

My friend that I recommended ordered medication since on the 12th and paid 5.99 delivery charges till now DPD said that haven’t received the parcel and my friend is not happy and think I send her a scam website. It’s really frustrating and she has send several emails and no response.

This is a company heading to self inflicted extinction.I ordered two inhalers, was then lied to by the company claiming that dpd had attempted to deliver but were unable to so returned the items to the company. I have the dpd app and through out this fiasco it said they are waiting for the package to be dispatched. Someone from customer services then had the cheek to tell me that the email was meant for someone else and as a gesture of good will they will not change for delivery. Obviously I cancelled the order and reported to by bank requesting a payback for goods not received.
As a company they are as shambolic as they are dishonest. My advice avoid like the plague.

First class service again, this company always delivers..

I ordered from Pharmxtra yesterday noon and have my meds at 1pm this afternoon. Best service ever. Good service, good medications 👍

That was the first time I bought from PharmXtra and I was very satisfied, obviously with the product, which is good, plus they delivered within two days via DPD, which gave me a time slot and allowed me to track the parcel all the way. If I had to find something that could be better, it is that there is no option to either reschedule or deliver to a secure place or neighbor, but one can always ask someone else to wait for the parcel; also, because DPD gives you a unique code and will not release the parcel without it, it adds peace of mind that no one can misappropriate your parcel.

Impossible to get hold of them, still waiting for my order to arrive 10 days later.

Dud have an amazing service the first time I bought from this company. Even had my medication next day. I’ve ordered again and this time it was vital and urgent medication. They took slightly longer to send it out but sent it by DPD who refuse to deliver my order and in fact got loads of abuse of DPD (no PharmXtras fault), however when I try to get a replacement or refund Pharmxtra do not want to know.
I’m not sure what has happened with this company but I am beginning to think they lure you in and then try and scam you.
The fact that I now don’t have the medication put me in hospital. I can’t keep having to go to hospital to get medication (the GP refuses to prescribe it to me due to a stigma he has, so I have no choice but to purchase it myself).
This company seems to be getting worse so I’m not sure if it’s been taken over or they’ve just decided money is better than treating customers correctly but they have become an absolute shambles.
I am giving them a reasonable amount of time then I’m taking legal action as it will have become theft at that point.

Goods not delivered. Customer Services response was ‘Sorry, cannot take this matter further.’ Cancelled my order and charged me £25 for the pleasure. Avoid.

Order did arrive just a day later than expected but this is more of a dpd issue id recommend using royal mail but meds received and are what I ordered. Grateful for the service and keeping me updated!

Contacted customer service and got reply 4 days later …
Ordered meds which never came, customer service marked my order as delivered sending me Dpd order number as a proof of delivery.
The dpd tracker says my pin protected meds has been received someone name Edward…
Checked parcel number and it appears it was not my order but on pharmxtra web my order has been ticked as delivered even that dpd tracker with my parcel number says parcel still with sender …
Be very careful because the amazing changes they made to improve service will make your wallet slimmer.
Moreover, it looks like something fishy might be going on behind the scenes.
Im leaning towards informing GPhC about all experience and suspected activities of this pharmacy.
