About two weeks ago I hired the Cabify services. I decided to use this app because the route I wanted to make was cheaper. In summary, it indicated that the price would be approximately €23 and (without informing me at any time of this during the journey to be able to decide if I wanted to continue or not) when I arrived at my destination I received a message from Cabify indicating that the final cost of the journey was going to be €51 due to high demand. The issue is that this change cannot be made without informing during the journey, because the customer has the right to decide whether he wants to continue the route or cancel the trip. I contacted the customer service and their solution has been to point it on the invisible typewriter. As fortunately today there are several companies that offer this service, I strongly recommend that you use another one, to avoid these problems, because it has not been an increase of €5, it is that they raised my rate more than double, it is an outrage.
