John was exceptional. Very professional, kind and offered Refund Insurance for my room. Very courteous and has a pleasant voice. Great job!

It drys to a powder like substance. One of the tubes leaked from the crimped end. Is there anyway to get it replaced? I still have some rash but at least it’s not bleeding anymore.

Excellent service! Came in a timely fashion. Book is in perfect condition. However it is a recovery meditation book from drugs/alcohol-there was a card for a free bottle of wine🤬😡 placed inside the book.
