Reply from ROSE FOREVER
Hi Mosley,
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when emails go unanswered and shipments are delayed. Unfortunately, we faced some significant issues with our carrier during Valentine's Day, which impacted our delivery times.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. To make it right, we would be more than happy to offer you an extra gift with your next order. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,
Rose Forever Team
