Aoife is my regular consultant but they are all so nice there and when I have not been able to get Aoife I have been very satisfied with whoever I have had in her place. What strikes me about Rathwood beauty is the professionalism yet friendly atmosphere. The prices they charge for the treatments are very competitive and they only use the best products. I love being able to look around the shops before and after my treatment, it a great morning out if you want to combine it with a coffee with a friend as a nice place to meet up.

I have found the weekly group sessions invaluable, not only celebrating the losses but getting the support when you get stuck. The ideas and recipes flow between the members and everyone is cheering each other on to reach their own personal goal. If you reach a hiccup on the road their is no judgement just a tremendous amount of support. Best of all I can eat mostly what I used to eat but just choose leaner cuts of meat and cook it differently, I am never hungry. I plan to reach my target weight before Christmas but I will be right back at group in January to make sure I get rid of any extra pounds from that Christmas holiday and stay on track. I feel healthier, have more energy and love my new size. The only regret I have is I did not find Slimming World sooner.

The person on the phone helped me identify very quickly what the problem was with the motor not charging on my blind. An interim solution was offered which worked until a part arrived very quickly in the post which I swapped out and problem solved.

I received a message on 21st December to say that my parcel was delivered and signed for but no parcel, I followed up with support on 22nd December and they were very quick in getting back to me which is why they get two stars. I was told that the parcel was delivered to a safe spot so to look at back door or with neighbour etc which I did. Nothing! I am so disappointed as this was a Christmas present. What I need for them is an exact address of where they left my parcel and proof of a signature and who signed for it and then maybe I can find it. I think the products offered are innovative, different, and good quality at fantastic prices. My only gripe is that it is confusing at first on how to redeem the voucher and as it take 72 hours before you can put it in the wallet, you have to click around a bit to find out how to redeem it immediately against the item you wanted to purchase. It would perhaps be better if there was a click option when you buy the voucher to carry on with the purchase immediately, if I missed it then it cannot be so user friendly as I am quite technologically savvy. Also it may be part of the same problem, but when I went to check out I was charged for the delivery fee which means my credit card was charged twice with two credit card/bank fees, not ideal so again if you could choose what you want when buying the voucher you could get the choice not only to carry on with the purchase but to pay for the delivery at same time.

Had a change to make to delivery address and was very easy. I enjoy the choice and delivery times and good prices. Very happy.

I have not received the product yet but did some research and price comparisons and could not get cheaper anywhere else. Process of ordering and buying the voucher was so simple and seamless, I would definitely use again for sure.
