I bought a product (keune) dark brown, they sent me blond. I sent a request for replacement, there has been no answer at all.

Review of Central Transport
I wish I had a 0-star as an option. This company is a scam, they damaged my $1,750.00 car door on their premises. They recognized their mistake but they refused to pay for it, they have a ridiculous liability term of $.8 cents per pound. I lost $2,150.00. They want to pay me $8.00.
I will go to court because such limited liability will definitely be rejected by any judge. Do not do business with this company.
