İ had concerns about onestream - but Ash reacht out and offered assurances as well as a discount. He welcomed me to the Onestream family and offered contact details.
He was patient and professional without being pushy. He outlined the advantages of Onestream as opposed to others and its better quality of care. With that İ decided on a 12 month contract. We'll come back to this review if things go awry.

I've been shopping with Argos for over 30 years as a go-to shop for household items. This all came to a screeching halt after the appalling customer service at Argos Fallowfield.
I bought an item that was faulty. I packt in an already torn bag - as though previously returned.

The Argos employee declined to refund as there was a tear and therefore unsaleable - saying we'll put it in the bin.

I wrote to management, and they told me that I had refused a refund - which was a lie - later she told me to seek legal counsel as they were the highest point.

It's just a horrible experience - It's like being mugged.

In my opinion, I advise avoiding Argos - their customer service is just awful and dated.

I feel they've robbed me of my money.

The car was at a different location, and Natalia at Manchester had it brought to the Manchester branch at no charge where I could test drive it more conveniently. There was no haggling concerning the price- the financing, terms, extras were clearly explained by Sarah. The buying process was smooth, hassle and pressure free. I part exchanged my current car at a reasonable price.

Overall, FOW offered a pleasant buying experience, care for the customer and earnt my trust.

Ease of use. Genuine help for consumer using good tech.

Like so many others here, I deem myself unjustly treated by starnow.

They will hold up their terms and conditions as if revealed by God, if you ask for refund you feel wrongly taken from you.

A checkbox explicitly asking this would be good. But that would be too ethical.

How many more have been unjustly treated by starnow?

There are many other honorable firms out there. starnow in my experience have proved they're far far from being one.

Item was solid and sturdy - apart from slight gap between joints. There's and instruction and warnings sheet. Good full size chair. There are no brackets to affix - which is good. Happy with purchase
