A POOR COWBOY-Y EXPERIENCE.
Like so many others here, I deem myself unjustly treated by starnow.
They will hold up their terms and conditions as if revealed by God, if you ask for refund you feel wrongly taken from you.
A checkbox explicitly asking this would be good. But that would be too ethical.
How many more have been unjustly treated by starnow?
There are many other honorable firms out there. starnow in my experience have proved they're far far from being one.

All StarNow subscriptions renew automatically. The details of our recurring payment system are provided to all members when they first subscribe, and are available to view at any time in our Terms and Conditions.
