I called ahead to make sure they had my oil filter and the oil I needed I was told they had 4 filters and the oil I head over the the shop in New Kensington PA and was told they didn't have the oil. "I believe they was trying to upsell me"so I left call called the same number and got some kind of bullshit that they aren't trained to work on my car so when I called before why wasn't I told that before your company wasted my time and gas with gas prices at a$4.59 a gallon I won't be returning with any of my cars.

Well I applied for their builder card found out that it was $14.99 and they was offering me. $30 so i canceled that second. Well now they won't refund my $14.99 because a card was made within the 30 seconds to a minute I applied for it. I will be getting a lawyer. If anyone else had this problem please let me know here In a review so we can get it turned I to a class action.

They are the worst internet provider I have ever had. I was told my bill was going to be one price and it was almost $30.00 more then stated watch out and listen carefully to what they say. Plus the internet is slower then a turtle stuck in molasses. The customer service people are under trained and 96% of them you cant understand.
