Mr and Mrs Whitehurst

Very naughty of them signing me up for membership that I didn’t want and taking money out of my account without my knowledge. Don’t be conned like I was. Absolute disgrace

Can’t really say too much as I have only just signed up but it was quite straightforward setting up my account

Excellent help from online support when I requested changing my direct debit to a variable debit account. Thank you.

Excellent. Ease of opening account

Good product, Price competitive. Delivery on time. Overall excellent service.

Very pleased with my pool table. Was easy to assemble but had to be assembled in the upside down position and took 5 people to turn it upright due to the heavy weight. A good solid product and excellent value. I then purchased a table top football. This again had to be assembled upside down but only took 3 people to turn it over. The players on the rods were a bit finicky to put together but overall very pleased with my purchases.

Absolutely fantastic service. We were quite stressed on the morning of our move but when the team arrived they immediately put us at ease with their plan of action. They got stuck in at 9am and hardly stopped until the move was completed late in the afternoon. Good humoured, efficient and extremely helpful and hard working. We have nothing but praise for all concerned at Osbornes. Thank you.

Really helpful staff. Having contacted Swiftcover direct by phone to transfer my home insurance to a new address, I was guided through the process to a successful completion. Top marks - Thank you

Delivered on time, good value.

Booked on line but despite putting all the details of the car and correct tyre sizes on the site, the mechanic arrived with commercial tyres which would not fit. Following a lengthy phone call to Halfords, the error was rectified and the job was completed the following day. Full marks to the mechanic who fitted the new tyres. Very friendly and efficient.

Good service, tyres fitted by a cheerful, competent fitter. Thank you

This current experience was first class however I have not had the carpet fitted yet. A previous experience was not good as I had problems with the lounge carpet which had to be completely changed. I will send further comments when my new order is finally delivered and fitted.
