We had a wonderful holiday from start to finish. Business class Emirates was a complete new experience which started the trip off. Our guide and driver Nazeer was just fabulous so friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble for him. He wanted us to experience everything Sri Lanka had to offer. The hotels were all first class so clean and amazing staff. The perfect holiday to a wonderful country.

I have been excited to use the sample pack today. Tried 2 different ones no fragrance at all. I did notice that there were no bubbles at all in the washing machine and felt my laundry had not had a proper wash. Very disappointed 😞

I hope you are doing great! Thanks so much for trying the sample pack and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations, especially since you were excited to give it a go.
Just to explain a bit about the bubbles, or lack of them, suds are what cause the frothing in your wash, but they don’t actually affect cleaning performance. They just give the perception of a better clean. Our formula is low-suds and non-toxic, with no dyes, phosphates, or other nasties, only what’s essential. That’s why you won’t see the froth you might be used to, but I can assure you it still does the job.
As for the scent, it might come down to how the sample was used. We use encapsulation technology, which means the fragrance is locked into tiny capsules that release slowly as your clothes move or rub against each other. This helps create a longer-lasting scent throughout the day.
For best results, we recommend washing a smaller load of around 4 to 6 kg when using 50 ml, as a larger load can dilute the fragrance. A slightly cooler wash, between 30 and 40°C, can also help enhance the scent, and air drying really helps bring it out even more.

Ordered the selene egg chair. Had to wait for 6 weeks for delivery. It was delivered whilst we were away so I was very excited to assemble it when we came back. Like other reviews getting the nuts and screws out of the vaccum package was a nightmare and to top it off the raffia on the top part (4) was broken and unwound. None in stock so no option other than a refund. Very disappointed.

I had £3300 taken from my account, it has taken 1 month for them to conclude they wont give me my money back and have given me £4.58 saying this is all they could recover. I gave no information whatsoever to the scammer, he knew where I lived, my last 3 transactions and my card number. Anna bank treated me with such a patronizing attitude saying they understood what I was going through even sending me $23 uber eats voucher for me to live on for a month. They are disgraceful and offer no customer service they have ruined me business and I cant stress enough not to take out an account with them. When I requested to close the account they even had a team member to call and ask me why. I am beside myself with stress and worry. I am more than certain that this was an inside job. Please do not take an account with this bank.
Anna. In answer to your reply you had 1 month to help me out but you didn't, just insulted me by sending me $23 and £4.58. How can I live on that. Through no fault of my own I'm now suffering extreme stress and anxiety. Your bank is corrupt and not in the slightest interested in supporting small businesses. I'd only had my account 3 months thinking a business bank would be the best way forward for me. How wrong I was if you had any decency you would refund my money instead of patronizing me. I again urge people not to open accounts with such an incompetent "bank".

I have asked for a returns address as it states in the return policy I am now told they will send me $15 compensation and to keep a dress that doesn't fit me!
