Absolutely horrible. We had a hot water line leak flooding our downstairs bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. We reported the leak in September. It being March we have only been issued $2,000 for repairs and they dropped our coverage….

Staff is pleasant however we have fully trained service animals who while working wear a vest and collar to identify them as SD. However, we were asked to provide picture identification to prove they are service dogs. The staff is ignorant to service animals and the Federal requirements. I informed them no picture ID is required nor is it legal to ask for such an erroneous item. We were told the general manager Shelby Klippert 785-462-8787 instructed all employees to require a picture ID or charge the guest’s $45 per animal. I believe this is a scam to gain extra funds as a last minute requirement so the travel has no choice but to pay the extra fee out of no other options. I presented the clerk with the ADA statutes and what they can and can not ask/do RE Service Animals. I also left one for the General Manager and asked them to call me in the morning as well as called corporate who also claimed they would call me RE this. To date no call!!!!
We also have noticed other holiday inn express’ whom actually advertise they do not take service animals!!!
Another one in Mount sterling KY !!!! This is a corporate issue !!!! And inexcusable.

I foresee a class action suit in m the making!!!

I had one heck of a time getting hold of anyone via phone or Email. I had a warranty issue with a product (Guantlet 30), the fill valve was as bad. Once I got hold on someone, which took 2 weeks of calls and messages left with no response. I eventually caught a real person on the phone, once explained I got an email with the shipping label etc. Once I mailed the item off it took 2 days to get to Umarex US and back to me in under 6 days! That was impressive. My only complaint is how difficult it was to get someone on the phone since emails were not replied to.

Fantastic experience. The Docs are very profound and kind. Just a nice smooth experience.
