It was truly a wonderful experience dealing with this company. Delivery on time, reasonable pricing, and the Los Angeles location is very convenient and easy to find with lots of parking. My Series 1 shoes are beautiful! Simple, sleek design, and quality leather and workmanship. But it isn't just the shoes - the company has a really personal and connected feel. One can sense that a lot of thought and care goes into the products, and that Georgina and her partners really want their customers to be happy and love their purchases.

Terrible experience. Took forever to get picked up and the car lot is miles away. Man was not helpful. Also found out would cost $35 to drop the car off after 5:30pm even though our rental was not due back till the following morning. Never experienced that with a car rental company having bank hours. The car had over 200,500 miles, was filthy and had spider webs on the side mirrors and dings and dents everywhere.

I booked with Victor and he was extremely patient, making sure I got the best possible flight for my schedule and budget. Have used this company before and definitely will use them again. Victor was efficient and courteous.
