I was in a time crunch and while they couldn't get me what I needed as soon as I needed it, they were communicative and got it out as soon as they could.

The customer service was outstanding and the prices were very competitive.

Unbelievable selection of tiles! Anything you could want and more. And even better service! Teddy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and nice. It was truly a wonderful experience dealing with this company. Delivery on time, reasonable pricing, and the Los Angeles location is very convenient and easy to find with lots of parking. I will definitely return to Beyond Flooring for my next project!

I had come up short on a tile project because a box store’s online description of square feet per box was wrong. I tried to order more and the tilehad been discontinued, of course. It was a unique pattern and I had a bit of trouble hunting down another box. These guys had it and shipped it very quickly in excellent packaging.

Teddy was amazing to work with! He managed to get our tile in a timely manner and had excellent communication throughout the process!!! I highly recommend!!!

Finding the tile I wanted was easy and getting samples is a big help in deciding what to get.

Also, the cost is 25% of what the contractor wanted. What a deal!!!

When we ran out of kitchen floor tiles during kitchen renovation, we were lucky to find Beyond Flooring. And moreover, Teddy ( located in CA) was extremely helpful and patient with assisting us to identify the correct tiles and to expeditiously obtain the tiles at a local warehouse in NJ!
And we could not believe the price! We paid for the same exact tiles 3 ( three) times more at a local boutique kitchen store at the start of our project.

Staff answers questions quickly. Unfortunately, i cant use the tiles for my project, because the samples I ordered are too large, but I will definitely order from them in the future.

I ordered a sample tile and received a call to clarify my delivery instructions as the location of my home is hard to find. Ultimately, UPS was the delivery company where I have an access point for package pick-up. When I picked up my package the person handed it to me without scanning it which meant it appeared like I never received my package. Beyond Flooring called me after some time had passed sounding a bit concerned that I didn’t get my package. I just really appreciate the care and concern and would trust purchasing product from them again.

The tiles were 15-18% cheaper than the big tile stores online. Local pick up was fast and easy. The tiles were packaged very well although I’m lucky to have a truck.
