I have used Sainsburys online since covid and generally found them very good.
My only criticism would be that some substitutions are not what you would expect. Also occasionally you are informed that a certain product is not available but I have been in store (same day) and there are plenty on the shelves? Drivers/ delivery staff are in the main very friendly and always on time.
Overall I'm happy and would not think of changing to anyone else.
