Willis Orchard has nearly always provided excellent plants and information but that doesn't warrant five stars. Here's what does - real human beings providing great service.

For over five years I have bought plants from Willis. The quality of the plants has always been good; and the planting advice has been good as well.
But, what I think sets them apart is their service. You can still talk with real people. I get so frustrated with service "robots" that nearly always fail to offer a problem category that matches my problem.

Willis is among my favorite online nurseries.

The products available from this company are very interesting. I could have become a long term buyer. But the buying experience has been just plain terrible. There must not have been a systems analyst involved in the design of the buying procedure; and the customer service reps were insulting and incompetent. Which was worst? As bad as the customer service was, the design of the procedure was worse!

My experience was terrible. Their ad description was incorrect and they didn't seem to care! Their service is worse than a joke. They will put you in a queue and give you a count down and then hang you up. They even hang up on their online messaging customers!
Their policy concerning their mistakes is equally unacceptable.
Also, on a previous transaction, the refurb machine was tied in a tight loop that was inescapable. Don't buy!

The health and quality of the plants have been very good. I also like being able to speak with a human being. Not only that, but one that I can understand!
