Had a problem with replacing the filter as the head was stuck , replaced and all good

After a few days of trying to resolve a problem with the shower head casing customer services are sending me a replacement so full marks to them

All good until I came to change the filter in the shower head and could not remove the casing , several messages backwards and forwards with customer service but still have the same problem. Would suggest anyone purchasing this product checks it when first received, I believe that there is a 12 month warranty but does not seem to apply at the moment

Ordered a cab from the hotel I was staying in H10 Itaca Barcelona and the driver said he had arrived but was not outside was charged even though apparently he was on the other side of a dual carriageway and it was my fault , very poor service
