The products are really good BUT the customer service is appalling absolutely appalling speaking to a call centre in South Africa NOT in the uk where they DONOT understand what I am saying to them and with YOUR claim department cancelling the wrong insurance policy and telling me that the insurance was supposed to be brought when I made the purchase which it was YOUR CLAIM DEPARTMENT CANCELLED THE WORNG tv and NOW I CANNOT claim on my AUTISTIC SON 40 INCH TOSHIBA BECAUSE I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE 65 INCH TOSHIBA BUT THEY CANCELLED THE WRONG ONE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO OF BEEN THE 65 INCH TOSHIBA TO BE CANCELLED BUT NO, YOUR DEPARTMENT CANCELLED THE 14 INCH TOSHIBA SO I AM NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL.
