Rich G was absolutely amazing! She helped me professionally and honestly went above and beyond to resolve my situation.
My issue was extremely complicated because a previous manager had originally set up our Otter account and email, but had left the company a long time ago. Rich stayed calm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process and guided me step by step.
Honestly, an issue like this could have taken days or even weeks to resolve, but Rich made the process so much easier and helped me get everything taken care of quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and even her voice was calm and reassuring throughout the call.

We had a great experience with integration. Rhaine did a great job getting everything set up and any issues that came up with integration were handled very quickly. She worked with us to make sure we could get set up and all follow up to add more vendors was handled quickly as well.

I have already set up multiple locations with Otter and had several agents assist me during the onboarding process. Among them, Ian Gonzalez really stood out because of his fast responses and the kind, clear way he explained things.
He clearly knew what he was doing and was always willing to help, even when I asked questions that were not directly related to his responsibilities. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. His support made the onboarding experience much smoother.
