Great company to order from have great website that has good information on each product with good pricing and if don’t mind shopping on site for minute can usually find deals on certain products and shipping is usually pretty quick! Disappointing Customer Service – Buyer Beware

Very disappointed with Sonic Electronix's customer service. I paid $80 for an order scheduled to arrive September 30th. The last USPS tracking update was September 27th, three days before the scheduled delivery, and there hasn't been a single tracking update since. As of October 11th, I still have no product or resolution.

Sonic Electronix continues to tell me they're waiting for USPS to respond to their investigation. Meanwhile, I'm left without the product I paid for.

Companies like Amazon and Crutchfield understand that when a shipment goes missing, you take care of the customer rather than making them wait indefinitely.

I purchased from Sonic Electronix, not USPS. Their shipping issue shouldn't become my problem.

Customer service is measured by how a company handles problems, not when everything goes right. Unfortunately, Sonic Electronix has fallen well short of my expectations.

Next time, I'll gladly pay a little more and order from Crutchfield.

I have purchased several products from Sonic Electronics and have never had an issue with anything. Shipping has always been within 2-3 days. When the website shows in stock, it is actually in stock. I will continue to purchase from this vendor in the future.

The order was shipped fast and got here within 2 days. The bad part is I ordered 2 2ohm subwoofer and the boxes were labeled correct but one of the boxes seem to be open and had a 4ohm subwoofer instead of a 2ohm.

That said, there’s room for improvement. The website can feel a bit cluttered, and filtering options aren’t always intuitive—it took me some time to narrow down exactly what I needed. Also, their live chat support was helpful but had a noticeable wait time during peak hours.
