Terrific service. They went the extra mile to provide good service
Very happy with the service. I ordered a Beko fridge freezer which was marginally too big. AO swapped in 2 days with a Bosch - no hassle or extra costs. In fact the Bosch was about £20 more expensive which they let slide. Terrific!!

Fantastic service from start to finish – couldn’t fault AO!
I honestly can’t fault AO! I found both my new washing machine and tumble dryer at the best prices, and the whole experience was completely hassle-free.
AO took care of everything, from removing my old appliances to installing the new ones. These services do cost a little extra, but they’re absolutely worth every penny for the convenience. No hassle, no fuss, just excellent service.
A special mention has to go to the lovely delivery gentleman who went above and beyond. I’d somehow forgotten to book the disconnection of my old washing machine, and I hadn’t a clue what I was doing! Without any fuss, he kindly disconnected it for me.
It’s little things like that which make such a difference, and I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.
Fantastic service, great prices and lovely staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AO and will definitely use them again. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
