I ordered 2 bottles of luxury Vallore Cologne, as part of a promotion, which included a free gift. What I received were 2 bottles of cheap stuff called Jean Miss,
obviously made in a Chinese sweat shop. (No free gift). I e-mailed them ,they replied pretty quickly stating they would offer me a refund, despite promise, after promise, the refund never came, instead they
took $34.99 from my account, which they said was an affiliated subscription I signed up to, which I didnt.
Thankfully my credit card company gave me a full refund, and changed my card.

I’m not sure if the 2 are related (I imagine so) but months ago, I made a purchase from Klyrna of 2 bags—never received them. I was charged and THEN charged a subscription fee. I cancelled my card since I reached out to the “company” several times with no response and the tracking was obsolete. Since they’ve tried 7 times to debit the card and now Vallore has tried for the same amount. Definitely a fraudulent company/companies. (I am only aware of this because the card is still in my wallet and I can see the declined charges).

Vallore ripped me off, then tried to withdraw extra money from my account which activated fraud detection from my credit union.

No answer no calls no product no nothing. Is this just a place to just say I have a business and no product?? There has to be a way as I will now talk with the attorney general and the FBI and file to see if this company is real, they better start sending out products are someone will be knocking on the door real soon this is not a bluff. Send out these products that's being ordered or else!! I ordered and received nothing if it's a scam it's going to be found out real soon!! You been warned send these items out!

A scam.
The women's shoes I ordered were completely TERRIBLE. The strap didn't hold them on, they fell off with the first step. There was a very small piece of flimsy elastic (sewed into the strap) meant to secure the shoes to the foot. Oddly, they were described as comfortable shoes for seniors!

The total cost was about $46.

They responded promptly to my complaint, asking me send pictures of the product, etc.

They then responded saying that there is nothing wrong with the shoes, and I can return them but the postage of $20 will be charged to me. Or, I could donate them and get a 15% discount on a future purchase.
AHHHHH.

I told them I will dispute the charge unless someone gives me a full refund.
We'll see what happens....

It’s all a scam. It’s all true. I ordered cologne and got the same response when I emailed. “There is a delay in shipping”. A few days later they took $39.99 from my account smh. This shit has to stop. SCAMMMM!!!!! Don’t order you’ve been warned🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑

Thieves! I fell for it. Bought a pair of sandals for $15 on March 15th. They charged $19.99 to my debit. Never got the shoes. Called my bank and they won’t help because it’s under $25. A month later, they charged my card again! So I lost another $20 to them. Finally changed my card.

Stolen money. I didn't receive anything at all from the company. I tried to email them and only got two half arsed replies.

Buy at your own risk.

Been trying to purchase this but after reading all negative reviews I’m glad I did not .
My bank kept refusing to pay this company which was also a great relief..
You guys should stop with the false advertising !!!

I ordered a product from this company on April 2 here it is April 21 never received my order nor an email about shipment. And now they are trying to collect a monthly payment for a one time payment of a product.

I made a purchase of the cologne for $15..... Never received the order. A week after ordering the cologne that never came, they charged my card for $40. I reached out via telephone, but only got an answering machine, which no one ever called back. After trying emailing, they blocked my emails from getting thru. This so company does bad business.

Listen to the reviews… can’t believed I ordered without looking anything up cause I usually never do that. Order cologne 2 weeks ago. Emailed asking about shipping and then got charged an extra $40 the same day that they replied. And they said “shipping got delayed”. Obviously never getting nothing. DONT BUY

1000 percent a scam--these people are thieves-keep on trying to charge our card-have to keep on disputing it VALLORE DALLAS USA it-they suck as humans

This company must be a fraud. After emails they were also trying to get money from my account after they were paid.

I purchased an order 30/01 and waited nearly a month and still recieved nothing. I’m waiting for them to refund my money for the refunded items and still nothing and its been weeks! Yet they’ve charged me $$ for their subscription. Quick to take money but slow to deliver their products! Emailing team was good at first but now it just seems automated

Been getting charged for this and o dont even know how they got my vars info. Attempted to contact the "business" number (469-506-4995). And it goes directly to personal voicemail. This is definitely a scam. Now waiting for bank to refund me.

I never received my fragrance. I do not want to be charged $40 for a subscription. I want to cancel.
