I ordered three items. All three were super cute, stylish and affordable. I had a fit issue with the dress, but I was able to find a solution with customer support of Commense. I would order again.

I love the quality of the clothes. Way better than I expected and so affordable and stylish. I keep coming back to them.

The customer service was fine I requested a return and refund for 2 of the items I got and they responded back with the option to get full credit apply to next purchase (nothing is returned) or 50% refund while keeping the items or full refund but then I have to pay for the return.

My biggest issue is more with the quality of the clothes, it feels like a lower tier Zara despite all of the well taken photos - the quality is just not there but they look nice. I just wouldn't be confident it would survive more than a few washes.

The clothes are really good quality and the response rate from customer service is really good

The after sales service is amazing. So fast and so efficient and the refund options are so smart! The clothes are decent but maybe because I’m petite so some of the clothes don’t hang on me as nicely as I thought.

Hi, over the last six months I have started ordering most of my clothes from Commense. I was nervous at first as I usually shop in person. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I gave Commense a try. The clothes are better quality than my normal Anthropology purchases at a fraction of the price. Customer service is attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchases.
But the most important part is I feel chic, comfortable and confident when I wear the clothes and get tons of compliments. Give Commense a try!

Don’t bother ordering. I wasn’t aware it was coming from china. When it did arrive the white shirt was actually a horrible shade of pink. Customer service and the returns process is rubbish as even though they sent a different item to the one I ordered I was responsible for shipping and return charges!

Terrible. Bought this blue/ white line set and pants the too short and big. Nothing close to what u see. For return you have to get authorization by email and no one responds to email till days of return is over. Horrible.

I had a return and they responded very quickly and gave me three options. I chose the option of keeping the clothes and I was able to keep the clothes that were too small for me (maybe I will loose enough to fit into them) but was given credit in the same amount.
