The checkout process repeatedly…
The checkout process repeatedly indicated that my shipping address was incorrect and displayed an error message stating there was a problem with the transaction. However, my credit card was still charged. This is a frustrating experience and raises concerns about the reliability of the checkout system. The checkout process needs significant improvement to prevent these issues and provide clearer feedback to customers.

Too many problems, not enough delegation of authority
At my first attempt to place the order the system wouldn't accept my gift card. A call to the "place an order number" allowed me to discover they couldn't fix the problem nor tell me if the number I had was any good. AND they said I had to call customer service AND customer service wasn't open AND when they attempted to place the order for me we discovered that the quoted shipping price on their system was over $10 (ten) dollars more than what I saw on the internet. Customer service - during day time hours - fixed the problem and I finally got what I needed ordered.
