Rude staff, unprofessional communications and I have had a very bad experience with paying up front and them not returning deposits of several thousand dollars and using the Spanish system against you to make it difficult. I have been forced to take legal action and me and my family are without a home because of their negligence.
We rented a holiday home from this company and were very disappointed with the experience. The apartment was worn down and not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. When we raised our concerns, the response was rude and unhelpful. Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking with them.
