Tavis was incredible and made the Medicare process so much easier…even with all my questions- - his attitude was nothing short of stellar! We even laughed and told a few jokes that kept momentum high. I mean who does that??? His follow thru was meticulously on point. Tavis made the transition I was dreading actually easy. And I so very thankful he was there. The whole follow up team was thorough and great. I haven’t received my email of acceptance yet from Humana but I can probably guess they’re sitting under mounds of applicants. God bless them and you as you help so many others!

Agent started off sounding educated and honest. Then as soon as I was enrolled in a plan. He completely bailed on me. Refused to return calls, text messages any communication. Then the false promises came out! I ended up filing a grievance with Medicare it was so bad. Absolutely DO NOT SUGGEST THIS AGENCY. Even the Supervisors refuse to answer calls or return messages! Find a reputable company that does thier job! This 1 isnt it for sure!
