Very helpful service and good advice how to avoid and repair slime getting into the valves.
Not a perfect product, but currently the only option to prevent a flat tire in remote areas on rough terrain.

Initially worked, but then tube went flat overnight. I suspect these may be ok (?) for small / tiny punctures, but not for all. Have to do it all again.

The one reason i bought a slime self sealing inner tube was that i couldnt afford a puncture as the bike was my only means of commuting to work. Fitted, and after a couple of days I got a puncture...tyre went completely flat, no sealing, nothing. I had to walk all the way home. Why promise something and ask people to pay more only for the one selling point of your product not to work?

Where to start, Poor product, Poor customer service.

I purchased a slime inner tube for my road bike, 5 miles into my trip a puncture, got home replaced and cleaned the internals of the wheel, 2nd slime inner tube inserted and around 4 miles in, another one popped. Once again went home and put another one in the following weekend. 3rd try it happens again slightly longer lasting (10 miles). Then i changed my wheels to a wider thicker tread pattern and inserted a new inner tube and you wouldn't believe it!! Bang again.

This time i inspected the inner tube before i placed it in my wheel. and i was soo shocked. The irregular shape in the inner tube, i put a little bit of air in the inner tube to inspect it, some parts of the rubber have over inflated and some parts no inflation what's so ever. It looks like the product walls were stronger on some points then others and there was no consistency in the material.

I contacted customer services who initially were interested and mentioned this could be caused by storing in the excessive heat. I explained i purchased from 2 stores and applied directly. There was no storage on my front.

This was 2 weeks ago and nothing has come to light, no response from the customer service team or anything.

Thank fully i never received injuries but could only picture someone travelling at pace and the inner tube giving in and creating a accident.

I cant trust this brand anymore.

I loved Slime products anyway. But when I had a hose break, I did not find anywhere to purchase a new one. I found a link directly to Slime ITW, asked where I could buy a new one. Fanessa Elmore responded and actually sent the hose to me by mail! Free!

The smallest nail puncture, used manufacturers tyre repair many times with no issue.
Tried Slime this time, did absolutely nothing, it may as well have been pumping water in! complete waste of £40, and still had to buy a new tire. Dont waste your money

I purchased a Slime tire gauge from my local hardware store that was unfortunately defective. I contacted Slime, and they handled the situation perfectly—replacing the gauge quickly, without any hassle, and at no cost to me. The replacement works exactly as expected. Great customer service!

Had a problem with my Slime tire inflator, the thumb switch broke. A very small and inexpensive part, but without it a very useless and expensive piece of equipment.
This AM I called ITW Global’s 800 number and left my callback number, really not expecting to hear from ITW.
Well, a short while ago, I received a call from a very friendly and helpful service representative, Fanessa Elmore, who listened to me explain my issue and asked for the information on my particular Slime inflator until the the problem was located and the solution was found.

I used peel and stick patches and inflated the bicycle tube to 25 psi the pressure was 45 to 60 psi, when I tried to get it to the correct pressure, it blew a hole in the patch. I thought I could double patch it, but it would not hold air. Don’t waste your time or the two dollars.

The first photo is of soapy water foaming at the plug site, notice it is centered right over the plugs. This is what leaked out from the few seconds it took to spray the plug and grab the camera to get the photo. After a quick wipe I took the second photo, and you can see small bubbles and one large one directly coming from the core of the plug. The plug must be made of a fibrous material and saturated with a rubber like substance but in this batch not enough. It shows a lack of quality control. This leak loess 10 PSI overnight. Please note the seal between the plug and tire was good only the plug itself leaked. This was a Slime brand plug. And now I have to pay to add photos!

I had a SLIME "All-Purpose Inflator" for several years, but it had seen better days (lol). However, I used it extensively and relied on it to check and fill my bicycle and Motorcycle tires.
Recently, I received a newer SLIME All-purpose inflator as a gift, but when I went to use it, the pressure gauge was malfunctioning.

I contacted SLIME, admitting that (since it was a gift) I didn't have the receipt hoping I could get directions on adjusting the pressure gauge. When told the gauge couldn't be fixed, I was quite surprised at how much further the customer service people (specifically Ms. F. E. of the customer service dept) went to help me.
After some very thoughtful emails, SLIME offered to replace my broken unit at no charge.
THIS WAS QUITE THE WONDERFUL SHOCK! I was ready to discard the broken unit, but now, I will be receiving a new replacement!
SLIME didn't have to do this, as I said, I didn't have a receipt and was ready for having no choice but to replace the broken unit.
SLIME has proven it cares about the quality and performance of its products. Furthermore, it ensures its customers are more than just a sales number.
I am truly in awe over this support; it's not something you see every day, and I endorse SLIME (and the way Ms. F.E. treated me).
