I ordered an item for my birthday event…
I ordered an item for my birthday event this weekend. Ordered it in plenty of time to get it before the upcoming (Oct 17th) weekend. However, when I checked the tracking it stated they didn’t have access to my property. When I notified the company, I was told they didn’t have my address. I went back to look at communications and noted my address was listed. Shapellx failed me for the 2nd time, I will never order from them again.

The products are actually easy to get on
The garments are comfortable to put on, it was breathable and the sizes were clear and true. I personally would appreciate a little bit of more padding and shape on the breast area. I would also like to see more products with boning around the core and more variety in colors.

The 2 bras I ordered are not as advertised. The bra has no support and flattens the boobs and do not look flattering at all. I am trying to get information on returning these bras. The product does not fit as advertised. Very disappointed.

The size chart was not correct this time 😒
I have bought several pieces from Shapellx and this by far is my worst experience first off I went by the size chart I usually get a XXL but I recently lost 24 lb so I went to the XL according to my measurements in the measuring chart I can this was my right size but I absolutely can not wear this item at all let me say it again at all I will not be returning it more than likely it's just trash what a waste of money😒

The product is nice, however I have a normal size torso but the bra portion of the garnment is pretty low. So it did not help my breast sit correctly in my bridesmaid gown.

Wrong size I’ve been trying for two…
Wrong size I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a refund label a return label. I understand the policy and I have yet to get it. I am so frustrated to the point. I will never order from them again the size small and I’m 128 pounds 5 foot. The lakes went down nearly my knees loose as it was so big I was swimming in it. All I wanna do is return it yet
