Order and delivery experience seemed to be smooth. However, try and return and things go wrong. The returns process was seemingly simple but then I realised there were opaque fees for collection. I’d already requested it by the time it was clear there was a fee involved (no obvious flag during return raising, it appears to be an equal option to a store drop off). Got a confirmation email around the collection. No one ever turned up and there was no way in the collection email to track it or identify what the status of the collection is. Furthermore, I have a Reiss online account (ordered quite a few times a few years back), but tried to check my order there, to launch another return or understand its status, and it shows no orders at all. All very mysterious and unsatisfactory. I’ll have to drop it off at a store now at a inconvenience to me.

Quality of the clothing is fabulous, Reiss is expensive so I always shop for my items in the sale to suit my budget. Received items next day and they were package beautifully. Their website is easy to use.

Dear Reiss Team,

I have been a loyal customer of Reiss for many years and have purchased numerous items from your collections. I have always been impressed by the quality and style of your merchandise, which is why I continue to shop with you.

However, I believe there are a couple of areas where Reiss could improve to better cater to its customers.

1. Jacket and Blazer Sleeve Lengths

I consistently find that the sleeves on your jackets and blazers are too long. It seems that your sizing does not adequately cater to customers who require a more regular fit. Almost every time I purchase a jacket, I have to factor in an additional £45 or so to have the sleeves shortened by approximately an inch. This is both inconvenient and an unnecessary extra expense, particularly when purchasing a premium product.

2. Trouser Fit and Design

I have also experienced difficulties with your side-adjustable trousers. I have purchased two pairs and paid to have both the waist and leg length adjusted, yet they still feel slightly too loose. For reference, I typically wear a 31-inch waist and a 31-inch inside leg.

On several occasions, I have ended up purchasing suits or jackets from Moss instead, simply because they offer sizing options that better accommodate my needs.

I would strongly encourage Reiss to consider offering a wider range of trouser fits, including more traditional styles with belt loops, rather than relying so heavily on side-adjustable designs. This would give customers greater flexibility and make it easier to find a comfortable, well-fitting pair of trousers.

I am 68 years old and work as an accountant, and I appreciate clothing that combines quality, style and a proper fit. I am sure there are many other customers who share these concerns, regardless of age.

I want to emphasise that I remain very happy with the overall quality and design of your products. My feedback is intended to be constructive, as I would much prefer to continue buying from Reiss rather than having to look elsewhere because of issues with fit and sizing.

I hope you will take these comments on board and consider them when developing future collections.

Great quality clothing

There was a mix up with my order but Reiss customer services stepped in and bent over backwards to resolve it. Unfortunately the order arrived not in a good state but they rectified this above and beyond my expectations.
My initial impression wasn't good but the lovely customer service ladies have turned this around to be a highly positive one. Thank you for your help!

I ordered trainers and two jumpers, jumpers arrived fine still waiting on trainers no updates or indication when they will arrive as it’s my partners birthday today he didn’t have them to open feeling disappointed as it didn’t mention this delay when purchasing.

I tried the trousers in store to check the fit then order ed the jacket two pairs of trousers (2 lengths) and the waistcoat. They arrived next day and I am delighted with the quiality, cut, fabric and fit. The long length fits perfectly and the return process is straight forward. Fabulous!
