puzzlesup.com Reviews

I have sent ny daughter their puzzles several years now. She loves the complexity. Some how one number in her address was wrong.it went to the wrong address, then back to the store. Whe. I contacted them they said they would resend it to the correct address
Now that is what I call company service.

A five star puzzle! It took longer than expected to arrive, but when I contacted puzzlesup they were extremely helpful and made me feel that they would do whatever it took to satisfy me.

These folks are great. I was really excited to get my order, I had some special gifts to share. There was some delivery confusion, when I reached out Anna from Customer Service got back to me very quickly- it was as smooth as one could hope. This is clearly a company that stands by their products, the quality of service matches the excellence of their puzzles. I will buy more!

I purchased a set of puzzles a year ago and finally got around to building them this year. With wooden puzzles sometimes the pieces are delicate and very breakable. One piece was broken in the third puzzle. I contacted them and they made good on the puzzle. Not only on the individual puzzle but the entire set. With them taking care of me, I gladly purchased 8 more puzzles. Once those are done, even more to purchase.

I have loved their puzzles and they have been GREAT to work with.
Thank you!!!! Dian

Their puzzles are great. Their delivery service really needs improvement. I could drive, pick up my purchase, return home and put my puzzle together in the time Their delivery serve can get it to me.

I had a problem with delivery so I emailed them. They responded immediately and was very helpful. Delivery was verified. The puzzle is gorgeous and challenging.

I love sitting and working on your puzzles they are beautiful. I love the different shapes.

I was very pleased with the help I received when I had a problem. The support team was very helpful and made sure I got a replacement. Delivery time was also very good, I had my replacement within a very short period of time. I will highly recommend this site for their product. I really love theses puzzles, I have purchased many of them and when finished, I use puzzle glue to hold them together then I hang them

I recently started 8 puzzles and so far have just put one together. And when I did, there were some pieces missing. I wrote to them with pictures and they are sending a replacement. I am so pleased with their prompt and positive response. I love the quality of these little wooden puzzles and mod podge them and hang them on my walls. I previously bought lots of them.

Puzzlesup is an amazing company! Customer satisfaction is #1 priority to them. The puzzle selection is great! I am addicted to the acrylic puzzles that make a sun catcher. I plan on buying their puzzles for Christmas presents for my daughter and her girls!

I like the puzzle pictures, but I always order the largest A3. I will not order any more. The large ones are just the small ones with larger pieces. I did one yesterday in an hour. I need REAL large puzzles with small pieces that challenge me.

Love all your puzzles and suncatchers, only thing with the suncatchers some of them come all put together which takes the fun out og the puzzle. Also if you are not really closing stop the ads saying you are. Have been purchasing from you for almost 2 years.

Always received in good time and well priced.
Quick response if there is a problem

I bought the turtle jigsaw, I wasn't expecting too much, just a simple wooden jigsaw. In fact, these puzzles are amazing. Every tiny piece is in the shape of an animal (in this case) the puzzle is intricate and complex and quite a challenge. The craftsmanship is amazing. I just bought another one... It is a rare delight to order a product with very modest expectations and be so pleasantly surprised.

Great product and service! Thank you!

I have made and purchased over 20 puzzles and have enjoyed every minute of making them. The quality is perfect and they all have met my expectations. I'm waiting for my last shipment to arrive so I can have some more enjoyable time. The new suncatchers are great. I just finished the Last Supper in 3 days. Once I start a puzzle I can't wait to see the finished product. Love all the puzzles and have framed almost all of the ones I have done. Thank you for all your great products.

These arent jus puzzles but an experience into far off lands with an assortment of animals from cats to sloths & all that are in between. Each piece has vibrant colour that clicks perfectly into place, perfectly cut. No flimsy over lapping paper cuts. You can literally shut the real world out for a while as u destress & think only of the nx piece. Ordering was so easy to do & u are frequently updated of the delivery times ect. Ive been in touch with a few ppl from this site & they will quickly find solutions to any problems that mite occur from ordering mistakes for example. Delivery didnt take long either the way some sites do & there's always tracking available. Look dnt jus take my word for it go hav a lookas there's so much more than scenery &/or animals. A totally enjoyable experience for many reasons. They are more than jus puzzles. Buy one & ull understand straight away wot I mean...
