I’m very happy with my order and how fast it arrived

I would have to say my experience with Makesy has been underwhelming. It boasts itself as a starter friendly creative company and I think it does hit the mark on that, because the way the shipping and delivery process of all the equipment that should come in a $349 kit is clearly promises a beginner company would make to reel you in and not deliver. There’s no notice of when you’ll get your products they promised, you’ll have to reach out to them for that. Then once you do, the information given is “we will let you know when we ship your order”. My issue is if the kit has products that have to meet certain approvals before shipping, why sell them with the kit and promise the customer they will receive them. I just feel like I’ve been led on and duped out of money. I can’t even use the kit because all the ingredients are not present and no one at the company is even telling me when they will ship them.

I had to call/ message to check on the status I ordered this on Sept 19, and I reached out on Oct 2nd. I was told then that someone would get back to me...didn't happen.
Yesterday I received a message saying that my order was out for delivery. This morning I received a message saying that it was delivered...I went outside and nothing...so I looked at the order and it says it was returned to the sender, what happened? I again sent a message and was told that they would have someone reach out to me when they know what happened. So far nothing.

I absolutely loved every scent I ordered. Will definitely be ordering again.

Customer service was a peaceful experience, especially since my package was delivered to the wrong address, although no fault of Makesy! It was a postal error. Makesy team handled it swiftly and had my items delivered to the correct address! So far, I am very pleased with the quality of my items. I highly recommend this company, they do not disappoint!

I ordered the lip balm base and when I received it, it was all liquid. I contacted customer service and the lady told me she would find out what happened. After a week of waiting she still didn’t have an answer so I wanted a refund.

Ive had my delivery date changed twice and now the tracking is showing no date available as of today,

Wood wicks should be labeled as "pre-order" instead since it takes 3-5 weeks to process (excluding delivery time).

The price of their wood wicks almost doubled since i started using their wicks 4-5 years and the worst part is the quality has dropped with my last batch of 5000 units. Many of them are not the same size or width I specifically ordered. I expect more from a company that constantly raises their prices for all the small businesses that supply from them. I used to be a big fan but now, not so much.
