Your order was placed on October 2 and shipped that same day using the USPS Economy shipping option selected at checkout, which has an estimated transit time of 3–14 days. USPS tracking currently shows expected delivery today, October 13.
Our review invitations are automated and typically go out nine days after an order is placed to allow for transit time. In most cases, the package arrives before the invitation, but that timing didn’t work out for your order.
