MAI Fulfillment is a top 3PL headquartered in the Chicago area, with an additional West Coast location near the port in California. Our bicoastal footprint is designed around one goal: helping you deliver fast, reliable 2-day shipping across the U.S. for both DTC and B2B orders while keeping transportation costs under control. When your customers expect speed and your retail partners demand precision, location matters. By positioning inventory strategically on both coasts, we reduce transit zones, shorten delivery windows, and give you the flexibility to scale without sacrificing margin. We are a tech-driven, growth-focused 3PL built for established and scaling ecommerce brands that need more than basic storage and shipping. You need real-time inventory visibility, accurate order processing, and systems that keep every sales channel aligned. That is where we operate best. Our warehouse execution is disciplined and process-driven, but what sets us apart is how closely our team works with you. You have dedicated support inside the warehouse, not a distant ticketing queue. That means direct communication, fast issue resolution, and a team that understands your SKUs, your order patterns, and your growth goals. When volumes spike or a retail compliance question surfaces, you are not starting from scratch with someone new.

Gold Standard in 3PL – A Trusted Partner

We’ve been partnered with MAI Fulfillment for two years now, and they have been an absolute cornerstone in supporting our DTC website. From the moment we began onboarding to now they have been outstanding as a logistics partner.

Our bi-weekly meetings keep our operations seamless. Tracy is always incredibly quick to respond and is a true expert in all things 3PL, providing amazing strategic support. When it comes to shipping and inventory execution, Danyel and her team are fantastic—fulfillment issues are very rare with them, but on the rare occasion something does pop up, they jump right in to fix it immediately.

MAI doesn't just execute tasks; they are top-notch experts genuinely invested in helping us grow our business. They have earned every bit of our trust!
