Easy to order - flowers were beautiful!

They always handle everything quickly and professionally. They are very helpful with placing orders and, when necessary, finding the correct address. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. I order my flowers from them every time, and I would definitely choose them again and again. Highly recommended!

The flowers were delivered on time and the florist contacted my girlfriend to let her know they will be delivering at a certain time.

The delivery usually comes to the reciver at the evening 6-8 pm , its a little late

Always had good luck but a missed delivery and message that was wet made the special delivery not so special. They offered to send another flower with message sent again... but after two days, nothing. I really want to use this company but now my trust is suspect.

The difference between the picture of what I bought and what she actually got was much poor...
it arrived on time, but not what I expected...

Placed 2 separate orders here. One on the 17th of September to be delivered on 21st and one on the 21st of September to be delivered the same day. Neither arrived on the 21st. No email, nothing. Tried calling No answer the first 5 times I called. Emailed it was answered that they would look into it. Called the 6th time and they answered. I was told that the first order would be delivered, but the second one not until the 22nd. We'll first one didn't arrive on the 21st, but both arrived around 6PM today the 22nd of September. Both orders had cakes, the cakes look like they were out of a market and both over priced by $90 each. So, you make your own judgment. I know how I will not use them nor refer them. No concessions were even offered.

Most horrible company that has ever existed!!! Do Not Order From Them! They are FAKE, FAKE FAKE!!! They took my $108 said they confirmed delivery over and over and then said the bakery can't make your cake??? SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Then you try and call and they hang up on you OVER and OVER and OVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I'm taking too small claims court so I will win in the end.

Delivery service was great and were received in good condition

This was the second time I ordered with them, first time I had no problems and the bouquet was very beautiful.
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and it didn't arrived yesterday. I contacted the company now. Let's see what happens..

So now the aftermath: I contacted the company they did reply, and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience. They also offer to send the flowers and refund the money.
There was a little bit difficulty in understanding, as I didn't want the flowers anymore and I had already ordered from another company and at that point the other company had already delivered.
They did refund the money and still delivered the bouquet(they did not refund the delivery, even though i didnt authorized the delivery). But that's ok, because the flowers were beautiful so it was worth it.
I previously had given 1 star. But after they contacted me and fixed the whole thing im giving them now 4 for they did try to make things right.

Great quality and beautiful colorful arrangement. Esperanza was delighted with it. You made a lady 87 years old ver happy.

Excellent personalized service. Everytime on time, even if I ordered a bit too late. Best customer service and the quality of their prodctts is the best. The prices fair and affordable. But still the best is their constant willing to provide top and happy service.

DO NOT ORDER from them , they were late on my order by daysand then delivered the wrong arrangement and won't give me a refund or try to fix the issue. Then they host gave me the run around for months saying they would do something but never have

The flowers were intended as a Mother's Day surprise, but unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. My mother received the flowers the day after Mother's Day. Initially, I was told the order had been delivered on the scheduled date, only to later find out that it had not been delivered at all.

A day after the scheduled delivery date, we had to provide the delivery driver with a photo of my mother's utility bill just so he could find her address, and even then, he was still unable to locate the correct home. This has never been an issue with any previous delivery. As a result, I had to ruin the surprise and ask my mother to help guide the driver to her home.

The communication was inconsistent, the delivery process was extremely disorganized, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. I will not be ordering from this business again.

Additionally, a response to this review or an apology doesn't change the experience. It was 0/10.

Absolute scam, poor customer service, sassy, un matching items, horrible communication. Over charge for items you can go to the store and buy for 40 dollars most

If I can give them a minus 100 gladly I will give them, they were going to deliver flowers to my mother on Mother’s Day’s and I called, they told me that they run out of flowers and they were going to delivered on the 12 of May, we agreed to be delivered at the latest 2:00 PM local time in Chile, they were not, I called them and the person that I talk couldn’t hear me well, spoke in Spanish, I do speak Spanish but she was rude an unprofessional, I did have to repeat the order number to her 7 times and she repetitively told me that the orders start with the number 3, I repeated myself over and over, at the end she tells me that the person that do the refunds is not available today and that tomorrow they will take care of my refund, RUN, don’t shop anything with this company.

I would give them negative stars if possible, terrible service on mother's Day, they never arrived, they refused to acknowledge and gave vague answers about my order, stay away from them, they even refuse to confirm refunds! Waste of time and money
