I feel scammed
Iam totally frustrated, I was trying to apply for a simple visa to enter in China and I though I was in an official website, this I visa was the one appear in my searcher, and I felt confused when they asked me to pay , after the payment I realise the process is simple and should be free just few minutes after I try to contact the company to ask for a refund but the WhatsApp contact doesn't work they didn't replay to my email and the bit is useless. Only drew minutes after they send me an information that the process was already accepted by the Chinese institutions, ONLY few minutes to make sure that because their refund policy, Iam not allowed to obtain my money back I didn't see any phone number accessible and the bot didn't want to pass me with a real person from their team. All was very rush I feel totally scam and I pay 60 euros to put myself all my details as you will do in the official Chinese embassy website for free. Stay away! Very bad and abusive service !

MUCHO OJO!!! Tramité el ETA para entrar al Reino Unido y me han cobrado 94 euros en vez 24, que es el precio oficial. Es decir, me han cobrado 70 euros de gestión. No vi el precio por ninguna parte durante el proceso de compra, pero, por lo que he visto en los comentarios de otra gente, el precio sale abajo de todo, hay que hacer scroll y sale en algún sitio medio escondido. Me puse en contacto con ellos, pero como ya habían hecho la gestión se niegan a devolverme el dinero que han cobrado de más.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I applied for an ETA to enter the UK and was charged €94 instead of the official price of €24. In other words, they charged me €70 in processing fees. I couldn’t see the price anywhere during the checkout process, but from what I’ve read in other people’s reviews, the price is displayed right at the bottom of the page. You have to scroll down, and it’s tucked away somewhere, almost hidden. I contacted them, but since they had already processed the application, they refuse to refund the extra money they charged me.

The visa itself for Israel costs just €7.25, yet IvISA charged me €87.95 — more than 12 times the official visa fee!
This kind of price difference is absolutely outrageous. Travelers should not have to pay such an exorbitant amount without clearly understanding that they may be using a third-party intermediary rather than the official visa service.
I feel completely ripped off. A simple visa application should not cost €87.95 when the actual visa fee is only €7.25.
Do your research before using this website. Go directly to the official government visa website and avoid paying unnecessary fees to intermediaries.
I am writing this review to warn other travelers so they don't make the same mistake I did. Please check the official price before handing over your money!
Know the real price. Use the official website. Don't get caught out like I did.
