I purchased the firearm for $669, only to see the price increase to $880 within a few hours. That seemed unusual and raised some concerns.

Unfortunately, my experience got worse after receiving the firearm. I received the gun on Thursday, shot the gun on Friday, and had to start the return process with Ruger on Monday. When I tested it, I discovered multiple issues that should have been caught during quality control. In my opinion, this firearm should never have passed QA or been shipped in its condition.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the quality control process. Based on this experience, I cannot give Guns.com a positive rating.

This gun was labeled as "NEW," not used, which I believe to be the case. Due to your return policy I had to ship the gun back to Ruger.

If you sell to them they offer pawn shop prices if you buy from them it's probably a piece of junk. I bought a gew 98 rifle that was extremely Rusty and the description was not accurate it was $900 and some dollars. I had to completely reworked the rifle

Purchased a firearm due to it being one of the few that seemed Massachusetts compliant from the website but was not able to redeem to firearm from the ffl and now I still haven’t received a refund to my account. -5 stars

Everything from your end worked well. The FFL, instead of charging $25 for the transfer, charged me $70.

My experience using guns.com to purchase a firearm was everything I expected it could be and then some. The entire site is extremely conducive to browsing, shopping, and eventually buying a gun as well as other firearm-related items. It is well-designed and makes the whole process of buying a firearm online a breeze. I was able to locate and buy the certified used handgun I wanted with no trouble at all, for instance. If you prefer buying guns online, like me, this is the site for you. Highly recommended.

Good experience but listing changed item pictured with extra magazine but sent a different guns mag and when asked about it. Nope it comes with nothing

There needs to be a direct customer service phone number for individuals to speak with a live representative. It is very challenging to get a point across with submitting a concern throughout the lists of topics. Again, please create a customer service department for live representatives.

Guns.com does not respond to customer service requests. I am now going on a full week to hear back from anyone over there. Pretty simple request to pay me on a gun purchase they completed with me, and still nothing. Repeated automated messages, but zero ability to reach an actual human. Their customer service telephone number might as well not exist, as it tells you there is no possibility of connecting to an agent! Total BS

This was my first time buying a gun online. Guns.com made the experience super easy. I will definitely shop Guns.com for my next gun.

Ordering a weapon was very easy and fast. The website was well thought out. Also the delivery to my FFL dealer was quicker than expected.

I got a high quality gun at a great price. My Glock 17 arrived at my FFT within a couple of days of purchase. It was in excellent condition with just a touch of holster wear.

Absolutely terrible. Bought mags for a CZ P-10 F and they shipped me P-10 C mags. Wanted a return and they said all sales are final and that there was nothing they could do. So now I’m out $60 bucks with nothing to show for it. Do not buy from this company.

I went to the state compliance page. Clicked on Illinois, bought a $1000.00 rifle. Then, the next day, you canceled it, said it wasn't state compliant, and that I need to pay more attention to my states compliance laws

Was a fast delivery no damages. Pictures was a great help on showing how great the shape of the guns was. Was a great price for the the guns too. I was debating on not ordering at first and did my research. Just to find out that it's a great process and the gun store i had it shipped to took care of all the paperwork with no problem.
