They ship even small orders, signature required but of course don't tell you this up front. Be prepared for slow shipping, cancellation of items they didn't actually have in stock, AND messing with either being home from work or going to random places to pick your package up after multiple days of delays and 'delivery attempts'. There are much better options out there, where you buy online AND don't have to burn time driving like you are the delivery driver... after all, the convenience of showing up on YOUR porch is kinda why we buy online, ammiright? Total hassle, don't recommend.

GunMagWarehouse is my go-to place for magazines and other firearm-related items. They ship super fast, customer service is good, and they have a wide selection, making it easy to locate what it is you need. A highly recommended online merchant.

Do not buy the ProMag Savage 64 Folding Stock. The polymer channel is completely out of spec and molded wrong. The receiver cannot seat down into the plastic, meaning the rear receiver plug cannot lock into place, creating a major safety hazard where the bolt could fly out. To make matters worse, GunMag Warehouse's guest return portal is broken and has no return button. When I emailed customer service about the defective item, an automated bot completely ignored my safety issue and just sent me tracking info. Absolute nightmare experience trying to return a broken product.

I am a first time buyer from gun mag I purchased a magazine and it was not the correct magazine so I had to return the magazine which gun mag did not provide a shipping label and they also admitted to me that they do not provide a shipping label so I had to come out of pocket just to send the wrong item back to gun mag not only that the shipping that I was charged from gun mag to ship the magazine to me up on my original purchase the mag did not and will not honor the shipping taxes that they charge me to ship the item to me this is bad business this is not how you do things and this is not how you treat your customers I will never purchase anything from gun mag and I advise anyone else who is also purchasing things from got mad to look for a different website that has integrity the magazine original price was $25 I was charged shipping fee which brought it to $32 then I had to return it through the post office which I paid out of pocket $11 and gun mag will not under any of the shipping cost to and from gun mag they will be so nice to you over the phone and everything but when it comes to returning the correct money that you have spent with them they is robbing people.

Fair pricing, quick shipping, and incredible support. My order was delivered to the wrong house, and Mike from support was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved.

Purchased on 20th, says order will ship next business day, so I ordered on a Sunday assuming I would get my order in time for following weekend especially paying for upgraded shipping. No updates by the end od day the 22nd so I contact support, who essentially tell me it will ship when it ships. Still no update by morning of the 24th so I reach out and ask them wtf is going on, get notification it has shipped but it hasn’t just the label. Check tracking and despite paying 2nd day air and purchasing on the 20th it won’t arrive until the 28th. This is is ridiculous and they won’t be getting mine or anyone I knows money again.

I had an issue with one of the mags I ordered. I reached out and they were quick to respond. They offered a speedy return and followed up afterward.
THAT is great customer service.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and when the confirmation email came through it said that I had to personally sign for my products. I work when the mail is delivered to my house so I emailed them and said that I wouldn’t be able to sign for it and asked them to cancel the order. Now they want to charge me a 20% cancelation fee.
This is what it says in the confirmation email I received. Notice where it states that I will be charged 20% if it gets returned and it also says that my order will not be processed until they receive the necessary documents. Well, they didn’t ship it and they shouldn’t have processed anything because I didn’t provide them with any documents.

“If you are not able to sign for your package and it gets returned to us, we will only process a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Additionally, your order will remain On Hold and will not be processed until we receive a copy of the necessary documents.”
I ended up buying the mags for a cheaper price locally and I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t shop with these people. I shouldn’t be wasting my time for $15 and they shouldn’t risk negative exposure for $15.

2nd time ive tried ordering a extended mag for a S&W Mp9 shield 2.0 and it absolutely doesn't hold 10 rounds. I've dealt with handguns 32 yrs now and it's just not working. Dont buy from a lying ass company.

Horrible company. I got a stock that was bent when it arrived In the mail. They ask for pictures which they clearly saw and then I got a return label and I sent it in. When they got it of course they said nothing is wrong when it was clearly defective and also didn’t even fit onto my firearm. So they charged me for return shipping and a 10 percent restocking fee. Honestly horrible service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased two Ruger LCP Max .380 ACP mags (2 pack) that did not load properly. The ammo was hard to slide into place even with the loader.

GunMag Warehouse sent me a return label with no hassle, so I expected them to exchange the mags since I had problems with them.

Instead, after I returned the items, I received a terse email stating they did not find the mags defective and gave me two options:

1. We can ship the package back to you, but first we'll need to arrange for you to pay for the cost of return shipping. We can reship this using our discount for $11.83.

2. We can refund the item minus a 20% restocking fee and a $6.95 return label fee.

Of course, I chose option 2 even though I am losing money on the deal for the partial refund.

I was disappointed with this outcome as I have done several hundred dollars in business with GunMag Warehouse over the last several months. Also, who would go through the trouble of returning items that work perfectly fine for an exchange, not a refund? In the name of good customer service, they could have simply replaced the items; however, they chose not to based on their "policy."

So, I immediately ordered the same items from The Mag Shack for the same price and vow not to do business with GunMag Warehouse again. They have lost a good customer over $50!

I had to send an ID file and was having trouble with formats. The folks at GunMag Warehouse helped me find a workable format.
They've always been great handling purchases I've made from them over the past few years.

I ordered and received, but I want to order again but can't find the magazine I want. I have a Rozzi bolt action 22mag rifle with either 5/6 bullet magazine, can you help me

I ordered three magazines for a match I will be shooting and it showed that they would be delivered the day before the match. After I placed the order(on a Friday) it showed that it would not be delivered in time to shoot my match. I sent an email to support asking if I could change my shipping to 2ND day air and pay the difference and received an immediate reply. They were unable to change the shipping method; however, they expedited the processing of my order and shipped it on a weekend less than 24 hrs after I ordered it and my order arrived earlier then I was initially told.
The staff at GMW was awesome, returned my emails almost immediately, and made sure my order was processed quickly. I wish I knew who to thank at GMW specifically. The staff worked together and
took excellent care of me. I can't thank them enough and will definitely checking GMW first what I need in the future.

Had an issue with 2 mags. Something the manufacture should have caught. Gun Mag Warehouse quickly provided a shipping label and a refund. Quick service and I will continue buying from Gun Mag Warehouse.

I have been getting my extra mags from GunMag Warehouse for the last couple of years. They've always given me great prices and quick shipping.

I made a mistake on my last order - didn't read the description closely enough and got the wrong mags. They accepted the return and provided a quick refund with no problems at all.

Based on my experiences, I highly recommend this company.
