I love the module system, how important information is labeled and announced so you don't forget it & that unlike other study programs gold seal is actually engaging and funny at many times.

i like the instruction more than kings, it seems to have been more easily understood and more to my liking.

Gold Seal Ground School made learning aviation really enjoyable. I especially loved how they demonstrated and explained airspace. Everything was clear, easy to understand, and actually fun to learn. They did an amazing job breaking down complicated topics and making the lessons interesting instead of boring. I would definitely recommend Gold Seal to anyone getting into aviation!

I’ve been using Gold Seal for my aviation training for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience with them. I actually used Gold Seal when I was working on my Private Pilot license and had such a good experience that I decided to use them again for my Instrument Rating.
The course is easy to follow, and they do a really good job explaining some of the more difficult aviation topics in a way that actually makes sense. I also like being able to go back through the lessons as many times as I need to. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Russell, and I was really impressed that he took the time to personally look at my course progress and talk with me. He actually took the time to understand what I was asking and gave me some really helpful advice. I appreciated that. I’ve spent a lot of time using Gold Seal, so my opinion comes from actually using the program. It’s a great ground school with good people behind it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone working on their flight training.

I’ve used Gold Seal for both my Private Pilot and Instrument Rating ground schools, and I’ve had an excellent experience with both courses. I especially appreciate the animations and visual explanations, which make even the more complicated topics much easier to understand. The courses don’t simply teach you what you need to know for the written exam—they take the time to explain the concepts in enough depth to build a solid understanding that carries over into actual flight training.

I like the ease of use of the whole package i would have liked extra questions to keep working thru different topics that change the wording to help me prepare, I would put this into a bonus materials after each section. For cross country I noticed everything was there but tying everything together was still a little jump for me thankfully, I had a friend copilot to work through the big picture and everything clicked quickly with the foundation you helped me build. I would recommend this to others and overall I’m very happy with the training received thank you

Many online ground schools contain the necessary information to learn the material and pass the test. The way that information is presented at Gold Seal felt particularly comfortable for me and made it easy to stay engaged through dozens of hours of content. There is a particular tone of practicality in the way the information was presented that really resonated with me and left me feeling like I now have knowledge well beyond what is needed to pass the written exam.

Well paced educational instruction with excellent graphics and real world flying video examples. Course is structured to parallel actual flying school course of instruction.

Your course was comprehensive without being confusing. Easy to navigate back and review lessons. I'm 70 and just now getting my pilot license, I find that I don't learn as fast as I did at a younger age, your course was easy to review and the practice exams showed me where to study more.

This is a great ground school for visual learners. The interactive format is very helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wish it went more in depth at times. Overall a solid ground school.

I tried racking my brain for any suggestions but from my perspective, they did everything one would expect for a ground school to supplement actual flight lessons. Perhaps some topics could have been expounded more but this is more a reflection of my own experiences with particular topics, like different types of altitudes or FAR stuff.

After using a different platform for private and instrument, I decided to give Gold Seal a go for commercial. Kinda wished I used Gold Seal from the start of my training. The way the content was delivered and the visuals was perfect for my style of learning. I would highly recommend Gold Seal for your ground school needs. Something that was above and beyond for me, Mr. Still is accessible and responds within a reasonable amount of time. Looking forward to more offerings.

Gold Seal was perfect for me because I often start and stop my studying as I get busy with my job and other life events. Gold seal holds my place and lets me pick up exactly where I left off no matter how long it’s been. I also feel that the short videos and frequent quizzes made it easy to stay engaged in studying for the IFR rating. Providing links to FAA documents and other reference materials also made it easier to remediate or go in depth on concepts I was struggling with.

I was looking for a ground school for my Private Pilot License, and among many options, I found a Gold Seal. What hooked me the first time was their free no commitment trial period. I could start learning and decide whether I liked the course enough to pay for it later. It didn’t take me long to realize that it’s a gem and I’m glad I chose the Gold Seal over the many other courses.
I had zero knowledge of aviation when I started, and I was amazed by how well they guided me through such a huge amount of material.
