Worst company ever. I almost never get my packages.

I absolutely hate this delivery company, they hire thieves, and un honest people half of them don’t even speak English who deliver packages and steal product. They have no consideration for the hard-working people who ordered these items. The audacity they have to leave empty packages.

I ordered a Sea-Gull brand diver's watch from Amazon. More precisely, it was sold by the official Sea-Gull store through the Amazon platform. At the time of the order it was unclear that the watch was going to be shipped directly from China to me.

When I got the tracking info, it informed me that GoFo was going to be the last mile delivery service and to expect home delivery somewhere between 10/20 and 10/28.

I had never heard of GoFo before, so I did a quick Google search and found the reviews to be so bad that I nearly cancelled the order. However, after sleeping on it I decided to just let it ride and to see how it played out.

Today, 10/13, the watch showed up and all is well. The package was not opened, the package was not placed in a weird location, it was right at my front door where all the other deliveries end up. When I opened the packaging, the watch was in the factory sealed box and in perfect condition.
So, my experience may not be so typical, but it was really quite smooth. The tracking information could be a little better as there was never an estimated time of delivery from GoFo once the package had been transferred to their hub and into their delivery system. It just eventually said "out for delivery". We have come to expect a delivery window in modern times, but I guess that's a small complaint compared to what others have exerienced.

This is a scam operation. I ordered some vitamins, they should have been delivered days ago. I get a text message saying the address is incorrect and to fix it. They send a picture with the correct address and I tell them it's the correct address and I get no response for days. They message me again with the same garbage. I contacted the seller and I already have my replacement. If someone you are purchasing from uses this site, beware and good luck. It's a scam. I bet they just sell this stuff on third party marketplaces.

GOFO said I had 4 packages delivered at one time. The picture proof of the packages at my door show that only 3 packages were left at my door. My ring camera also shows that only 3 packages were left at my door. My largest and most expensive package is the only missing. When i reached out to the company they said because the driver took a picture of the house, the package label, and my front door with packages there that they were closing the case. I even pointed out in my complaint that if you check the tracking numbers and the pictures you can see that there are not enough packages at my door. They do not care that their driver stole my package and claimed it delivered.

Lately, they have been on time and very accurate. They are super nice when handing me my packages. They have gotten so much better. On my notes they do follow the directions. I am appreciative over these workers. In my location, yes they have met all expectations. Thank you gofo!

They sent package to wrong address where nobody lives and it is not at the door. Horrible carrier. Many of my friends have had bad experience. They need to be shut down.

Terrible left package on a side door on a business closed for the weekend. Could have put in mailbox but these intelligent ppl left out in rain all weekend. Plus delivery said not for 2 more days during business hours. I guess they were early 🙄

We ordered from a reputable firm that switched from USPS to FOGU. It's very clear that FOGU is yet another terrible, mismanaged delivery service company, just like LASER SHIP that is cheap, that's all. Our package was marked as delivered in the notification, no photo. call FOGU b/c no package at our house; they have to direct us 2 clicks into their website to see a picture, which is not our house. We have a huge number on our house yet they deliver it to a house two numbers away. No apology. These fly-by-night logistics companies use independent contractors who don't care if the address is correct, if the package will be left in the open and be stolen.

Driver pulled into the entrance of our driveway then left our package in the on the wet payment. No effort made to leave the package on our doorstep or to even make sure it was secure.

Horrible carrier service dont use it. They leave people packages in an open area to be stolen every time I get a package delivered by them its stolen because they dont deliver to my door where I have cameras.

Last week I had a package show delivered thrown on the sidewalk curb according to pictures proof and when I got home it wasn't there so I thought stolen by someone in our area. Then this week I had one show not delivered . Tonight delivered notifications at 9:04pm and I was home went out to get the package at 9:10pm only to fing the envelope was opened and emptied sitton the porch. Earlier today I had a package delivered by Amazon and I was at work and came home w package on my porch no problem. I STRONGLY BELIEVE GOFO delivery person is stealing the items after they take pictures of proof of delivery especially tonight at very short time I went out to get the package. I live in a family friendly community so it is hard to believe stolen by my community ppl. And it seems like I only have missing stolen purchases delivered by GOFO as I get almost every other day delivery and NEVER HAD problems until now w GOFO. NOW I have NO trust to oder anything delivery by GOFO AS THE COMPANY TRUST ISN'T there. My purchases tonight was paid $134 stolen by GOFO DELIVERED PERSON. BE WARE!

Not a good company. If you know a company uses them, I'd suggest avoiding that company. They *do* deliver… but not well. Gofo drivers will usually just throw packages down on the floor in the lobby, or in the area outside the front door. My apartments building has signs up all over that say not to leave packages downstairs in the lobby, and *definitely* not the are outside the front door, take packages up to the resident's apartment. Sometimes I find packages on top of the mailboxes- right near the sign saying not to leave packages on top of the mailboxes, because some of the residents are in wheelchairs.

GoFo delivered an empty envelope to my front door on September 28. It was folded over but not securely sealed—the shipping label did not hold the opening closed. Their own driver’s delivery photos show the envelope.

I contacted GoFo because I could not identify the seller or what item was supposed to be inside. The label did not identify the merchant or ordering platform. GoFo repeatedly told me to contact the seller, despite my explaining that I had no way to identify them.

They provided a recorded weight but never answered whether it was actually measured or simply entered when the label was created. I asked for an investigation, a case number, and escalation to someone who could contact the shipping account. Instead, I received repeated template responses. Since my last request, I have heard nothing further.

An empty envelope marked “delivered” does not resolve a missing shipment. Neither does sending the customer in circles. GoFo’s customer service has provided no meaningful help identifying the sender or investigating the missing contents. One star.

Horrible company that AliExpress and Temu uses. They always say they tried to deliver, they do no deliver at all and when you check the status they have returned your item because according to them they attempted delivery. What does that mean? Obviously they do not attempt at all. I would give them negative 10 stars if I could!

The driver threw my package out their window into my yard more than a hundred feet from my house, when I drove by it earlier I thought it was trash in the yard. What goes through people brains that make it OK to provide a service like that? Giving a 1 star is being to generous.

They are GREAT! Much better than Fedex and UPS. They deliver to my front porch 7 days a week! I often have received a package on Sundays that was ordered on Friday.

Gofo is the worst delivery company ever. I was expecting a package, I was on the other side of the road and I saw a car pulling over, he took pictures of the package and then decided to stole it.
I contacted customer service and this lady started yelling at me and saying: ‘Why didn’t you confront the driver!’ Then I reached through email and they just said that because the driver took pictures they couldn’t do anything because he ‘followed’ the procedure.
So if you happen to have an issue, they won’t help you.

What a joke. Why car parts.com would use this company is beyond anyone. They have attempted four times to deliver outside the hours of operation which was verified on each delivery attempt. I’ve been waiting for parts for a vehicle for 3 weeks as they kept screwing it up. They send a stupid email saying they have exceeded they stupidity and are returning it back to sender

The people are rude and are not honest. They say they tried to deliver items and building was closed when they have the business hours and security is there until 11pm. Customer service is in the Philippines and they don't know anything. This company is worthless....
