Excited to try glasses USA because of the name. First and foremost, I believe I was led to believe that the glasses were made in America. And then I received my glasses, which I really love. I think the craftsmanship is incredible but on the lens was a sticker. that says lenses made in China. How long are we gonna let China make our products when we make better products than China? Come on, America, what’s going on here? I’m half Latino, half Middle Eastern and American born here in United States in 1965. Is China gonna rule the world before I die? What says their products made in the United States and then sends a pair of glasses with a sticker on the lenses that says “lenses made in China” I won’t use this company again because of this. I’m looking for American made today. Anybody else???

I get my glasses in a very timely manner. The only thing is I need to have them adjusted to make them a little tighter on me. That’s it. They’re great. I like them.

Buyer Beware! I ordered what I thought was a light color frame and got a much darker frame. Spoke with them and they said frame color can vary.....light purple to almost a black purple, way too much variation. Photos on site should be updated to reflect this.

Price was great however these are progressive lenses and the magnification is too low on the lense

Its hard to actually see the glasses on you to see if if you got the right pair for you. These glasses were perfect.

Great service and very quick! Didn't have to wait on these glasses at all, and I didn't expedite the process. I literally ordered them a few days ago and received them today. I wish I had made a better choice on the frame, but that's my fault.

I was a bit skeptical about buying glasses online but I decided to give it a try. I found glasses.com on my vision insurance website and their prices were excellent so I ordered. My glasses arrived in less than a week and they are very high quality. My high-index progressive lenses were done perfectly, better than the last pair from a brick-and-mortar store. I will be recommending glasses.com to friends and family, I literally saved hundreds of dollars buying from them.

Ordering online was easy, however I did not realize how hands-off galasses.com would be after placing the order. I expected at least a letter with info about 1) how to get adjustments, 2) the process to address any issues, and 3) just something about supportimg the purchase. There was NOTHING addressing these three points, just my original prescription.

very disappointed in the fit and the fact that they don't have spring hinges.
everyone knows that only the cheap glasses dont have the spring hinges.
I tried to use the customer service on the site but it was confusing and the live chat was a joke it kept giving error messages. I will email my dissatisfaction.

I picked a pair that suits my taste easily. I ordered them quickly and used my insurance. I received them in the time stated. Great experiance.

incorrect lenses were placed into mine and my daughter's sunglasses. I called about a return and their return system is conveniently down for them.
