Smooth handing over and receiving of the car. Hassle free process

I have used this service many times. This time the service both dropping off and picking up my vehicle has been bad. The staff don’t speak English and are rude. I was given different numbers to call asking for my vehicle to be dropped off and it took several tries before I got my vehicle. Didn’t mention I called several times and got voicemail, after 3-4 times I got a live who didn’t speak English. I hope they do better.

What a great service for a great price! The garage might have been confusing to find however really detailed instructions were provided making it easy to park the car and grab the shuttle. Getting back from the airport to the car was just as easy. The staff was very friendly. We will recommend this service to others.

Easy to use, friendly staff, would recommend

We have used this service many times. Always with Flypark specifically. The service is convenient but recently they seem to have spread themselves too thin. Theres essentially no parking available, the drivers are rushing everywhere, they answer phone calls, texts, and drive at the same time. The last couple of times the driving has been awful—recently our driver was a young lady (who was the scariest and most aggressive). I have decided I will no longer give my money to Flypark as it’s pure mayhem. Hopefully a different service will be better because we love the conveniency.

Very bad experience, when we 1st arrived it was hug traffic so i came around 09:00 i booked the parking for 08:00 wich in 99%is just about how much you have to pay from day to day and time to time. The Person there tould me "You are late " i have never experienced such attitude and treatment. Then he said to us "the driver will come after 20 minutes " wich was lie. Then he said "Ok ill bring you" he drove with 15km speed on purpose. Intentionally to make us late for security checking. Then afterwards when we came back from our flight they should pick us at 18:00 , they didn't answer my phone then on purpose they "combined "us with other people for 19:00 . So we waited them 1h in cold parking.

The service is good and the drivers OK, but the timing was bad. Very early flight, we called as indicated 30mn before arriving, yet we had to park and wait outside the airport for 25mn and call back 3 times until someone was available to pick our car. On the way back, had to wait another 20mn, despite calling straight upon landing.

Parkos made our Parking experience at Malaga airport seamless. It was really nice to have a WhatsApp phone number for them as well. They were helpful and responsive when I had questions and when my return flight changed the time. We will definitely use them again & Highly recommend!

I had to pay 20EUR extra because I booked with a VW PASSAT Variant which is, according to them, too long for the standard price. This is ridiculous for 2 reasons:
-with the 20EUR extra the price is the same as the regular airport parking
-we found the car parked with a lot of space in front and at the back!

The team here are helpful and efficient. The only reason for four rather than five stars is because the phone number didn't work that I was given to summon the shuttle van when I arrived at the airport - in practice, not a problem, since there were other clients also there who had already called the shuttle. But, had they not been there, there could have been a problem.

Simple, Quick and easy

We left our car at Canyon Parking in Bari for one week and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The service was professional and reliable. We would happily use their service again.
