Ordered replacement bud on 9/1, credit card was charged 9/2. Waited a couple weeks & emailed request of status twice. No response. In the meantime I received a couple of requests asking for rating which I ignored. FINALLY got a msg from “Casey” saying they were on the way. Received today 10/6. Put buds in charger and haven’t tried them yet. Sloooow service and poor, slow communication.

It was very easy to find the right product and make the purchase. Shipping was amazingly fast; I ordered on Saturday, and it arrived on Monday morning. The new earbud works perfectly. Thanks!

Replacing my earbuds costs +$400 but buying a new charging case after I lost mine only cost $120 from earbud Express, with quick shipping time too. Charging case works perfectly. Couldn't be happier!

Zero reason to believe that this is even a real company. No response as to whether or not my product is lost or never even shipped. 1 star till i receive a response and product.

Took way too long to be shipped and I paid $60 for shipping on a tiny item. The shipping itself is it going to take too long but it took way too long to actually get the item to ups or to be collected by ups

Ordered replacement earbud, but I found the original and contacted Earbuds Express about returns. Following their policy, they provided a return shipping label. USPS confirmed their receipt, but I did not receive a refund. I contacted them multiple times with email and phone messages about crediting back my card. I have been completely ignored since, and it has been almost two months without the courtesy of a response. Be aware of this example of poor customer service. I see from other comments this is not an isolated event.

Earbud works great and is identical to the original. Sounds great and works great. Would highly recommend and would definitely by again.

No shipment

Really fast shipping, and replacement case came as described. The seller was quick to respond via support email. Only complaint is the pricey shipping cost.

I asked to return the product. No one answered my emails or did anything about it. You make it really easy to buy stuff but not to return an item there is no customer service number and you want to talk to you just email but if you don’t answer your email, I don’t get any results
